I am extremely pleased with the coaching of Norm Garrow! He taught me HOW to do things that needed to be done. What I learned will allow me to apply it to my other web sites to make them better. When I had questions and he did not know the answer, he found out and had the answer for me the next week. He was patient with me. This is a big thing. The other programs tell you, but don’t always show you. He would tell me, show me, and them help me put it into practice. Now I know how to do it. He also allowed me time to write the notes, in case I forget. I am well pleased. Thank you for the opportunity.
